Kedrolivanski, Archpriest, and Ecclesiastical Superintendent of all Russian Churches in Alaska; residence, Pacific Avenue, between Fillmore and Steiner streets; Rev. N. Kovregin, Missionary Priest, residence, 1411 Jackson Street.
Services every Sunday morning at nine and Saturday evening at six o'clock.
There is a school in connection with the church held every day during the week except Sunday, instructing children in religion and preparing them for the church. [p. 1055]
SOCIETIES BENEVOLENT.
GREEK RUSSIAN SLAVONIAN ORTHODOX EASTERN CHURCH AND BENEVOLENT SOCIETY. Organized September 2, 1867. Meetings held first Monday of each month at 1411 Jackson Street.
The objects of the society are to assist the poor, take care of its sick members, and bury its dead.
