To your letter No. 28 of May 20 of this year, I have the honor to inform you, the most merciful Archpastor, that the documents of the Priest Nikolai Kovrigin: 1) Clergy Certificate No. 4209, signed by the Rt. Rev. Bishop Parfeny [Popov] of Irkutsk and Nerchinsk [1860-73] on December 30, 1862, and 2) his service list No. 188, composed by the Alaskan Ecclesiastical Directorate on May 16/28 of this year, were received by me on July 12.
