In regard with the communication of Mr. Kruze – Secretary of Your Congregation of October 9/80, we desire to renew our leas for the Church & House on Greenwich street, for another year, from the 1^st day of November 1880 to the November 1^st of 1881, at the same terms ($50 monthly), but with the exception of "repairs" — in the old contract.
