Russian Imperial General Consulate
In San Francisco
September 10, 1889
No. 226
To His Grace the Right Reverend Vladimir, Bishop of the Aleuts and Alaska
Your Grace, the most merciful Archpastor,
Russian subject, Nicholas Kucheryavy, appealed to the General Consulate of whom I am a director, with a petition to issue a passport for his travel to Russia.
Since Kucheryavy arrived in San Francisco among with other persons with Your Grace, the General Consulate has an honor of humbly asking that the passport with which H. Kucheryavy left Russia be delivered to this office. Also, please inform us if Your Grace have any objections to the issuance of a new passport for Nicholas Kucheryavy.
