To the Ecclesiastical Consistory of Alaska
From Vladimir, Bishop of the Aleutian Islands and Alaska
Because of the petition of Russian Christians in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who used to be Uniates and who joined the Orthodox Church on the 25th of March of this year, asking to teach them proper church singing, we are well pleased to send them our church minister, Paul Zaichenko, for this work, as he is well versed in the Holy Scriptures, Catechisms, Church Typikon and instrumental and vocal church music in the capacity of acting reader of our cathedral, and since he is blessed to wear a sticharion for his faithful service.
