K. M. Gopchevich Acquitted.

A jury in Judge Stack’s court on Thursday last found K. M. Gopchevich not guilty of two charges of criminal libel.

The proceedings were taken against Gopchevich as proprietor of the Servian newspaper, Injera and Srbin-Amerikanac, by V. Jovovitch and Adam Vircevich. The cases were pending some considerable time, and there is yet a similar charge pending against B. M. Gopchevich, brother of the above-named defendant.
