BISHOP NICOLAI.

Will Hold Memorial Services in Washington.

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8.– Bishop Nicolai of Alaska, the only Bishop of the Russian church in the United States, was a visitor at the State and Navy departments to-day with Prince Cantacusene, the Russian Embassador, who presented him to the Secretary of State and Secretary of the Navy.

Bishop Nicolai will conduct the memorial services to the Czar at the Russian legation to-morrow morning. President Cleveland, members of the Cabinet with their wives and foreign Embassadors and Ministers in their regalia will attend.

The chapel has been arranged and consecrated in the parlor of the legation.

The service will, of course, be in the native Russian tongue, and in the absence of a choir will be without music.
