Charged With Forgery.
Steve Vulocivich was booked at the City Prison yesterday on a charge of forgery. The Complaining witness is L. C. Ewell, an advertising agent, who alleges that the defendant brought him a contract purporting to be signed by Boss Rea of San Jose, and indorsed by Colonel Paul Burns for $200 advertising. The defendant was paid $10 commission and Ewell alleges that the signatures of both Rea and Burns were forged.
