Oct. 10, Wednesday
12:00 noon-6:00 pm - Delegates and observers arrive, register, check in at their hotels
6:00 pm - Vespers at Holy Trinity Cathedral
7:00 - 10:00 pm - Buffet reception at Holy Trinity Cathedral
7:00 - 10:00 pm DOW Council meets for dinner/meeting at the Vagabond Inn
9:00 - 10:00 pm - Confessions at Holy Trinity Cathedral
Oct. 11, Thursday
8:00 am - Divine Liturgy at Holy Trinity Cathedral followed by a brunch.
10:30 - 11:00 am - Registration.
11:00 am - Opening prayers and 1st session
1:00 - 1:30 pm - Coffee Break
1:30 - 4:00 pm - 2nd session
4:00 - 6:00 pm - Free time for lay delegates and observers
4:30 - 5:30 pm - Bp. Tikhon's meeting with clergy
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Reception at Fort Mason Officers' Club
7:00 pm - Dinner served at Fort Mason Officers' Club
8:30 pm - Bp. Kalistos' talk at Fort Mason Officers' Club
10:00 pm - Day is over
Oct. 12, Friday
8:00 - 9:00 am - Breakfast at Holy Trinity Cathedral
9:30 am - 12:00 noon - 3rd session
12:00 noon - 12:30 pm - Closing prayers
12:30 pm - Assembly's over and delegates and observers are dismissed
12:30 pm - Diocesan Council meeting at Holy Trinity Cathedral Fellowship Hall
