W. Westchomoff

Archpriest of the Russian Consistory of Alaska

San Francisco

Reverend Sir!

We find that the dwelling of the rear of the Church on Greenwich Street rented by you of the Deutche Evangelisch Lutherische German of Saint Markus Church, is not occupied and molested by the public, gates being torn down, windows broken and boards torn off on the West side of the building.

The trustees have to hold your Consistory responsible for all damages beyond reasonable wear and tear, for the full term of your agreement, and even if you don’t occupy the same, you will have to protect it.

Respectfully yours

G. A. Schmidt

Gresichit (sp?)

for the trustees
