Was under arrest at Berlin Under an Italian Extradition Demand.
BERLIN, Oct. 9. Princess Troubetzky, who was under arrest here on an extradition demand from the Italian Government, charged with forging documents, committed suicide to-day at the police station.
There are several ladies of high rank or wide reputation known as Princess Troubetzky. Among them are the wife of the Grand Marshal of the Russian court, and the American novelist, who was formerly Miss Amelie Rives. It is quite inconceivable that either of these ladies is the Princess referred to above.
