200 Burn to Death In Vodka Factory


Petrograd, October 10. -- A special dispatch to the "Novoe Vremya" from Kiev says that at Brailoff, in the Government of Podolsk, 200 persons have been burned to death in a vodka factory there. Soldiers looting the factory set fire to a thousand gallons of spirits in a cellar, where they were trapped by the flames.
